Eden Vista Ripon , part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, professional individual who understands the important role nutrition and hospitality play in enhancing our residents' quality of life.
Position:
Dietary Aide Schedule:
Full-Time 5-6 working days in a week 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Rotating weekend shifts required
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas. Assist with meal preparation as directed by the Head Cook. Serve meals to residents in the dining room or deliver meals to resident rooms. Clean and sanitize dining areas following meal service. Receive and properly stock food deliveries in the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines. Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent service to residents. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a Cook or Dietary Aide in a healthcare setting. Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Professional attitude and respectful communication. A good level of maturity and the ability to work well in a healthcare environment. Ability to work as part of a team and provide compassionate service to residents. Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus but not required.
