We are seeking an experienced, Pennsylvania-licensed Clinical Dietician to coordinate therapeutic nutrition services, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Expert-Level Opportunity The successful Clinical Dietician will be recognized as an expert in clinical nutrition and therapeutic dietary services. This individual must be able to work independently, guide dietetic and food-service staff, troubleshoot complex nutritional concerns, and answer questions within their area of expertise. Key Responsibilities Complete and document nutritional assessments, reassessments, progress notes, and individualized nutritional care plans. Coordinate, evaluate, and support the facility's therapeutic diet program while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Monitor nutritional concerns such as tube feedings, diabetes, and weight changes and communicate findings to nursing staff and physicians. Plan and modify standard and therapeutic menus according to physician orders, nutritional standards, quality, variety, and cost. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, speech pathologists, dietary personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members. Guide dietetic and food-service staff on special-diet preparation, food safety, sanitation, and therapeutic tray assembly. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university, or an accepted foreign equivalent. Completion of academic requirements and a supervised practice program accredited by CADE or the appropriate successor accrediting organization. Successful completion of the Registration Examination for Dietitians. Compliance with applicable professional-development and recertification requirements. Current Pennsylvania dietitian-nutritionist license.
