Dietitian Driven LLC Compensation:
$45-$55/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Work Setting:
Hybrid outpatient nutrition counseling Join a Dietitian-Owned Practice Built for Dietitians We have intentionally designed this role to offer competitive compensation, manageable caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility, specialty development, and meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
Our goal is simple:
create an environment where dietitians have the time, resources, support, and autonomy to practice nutrition counseling at the highest level of their scope. What We OfferCompetitive Compensation Earn $45-$55 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and clinical expertise. All positions begin hourly, with a clear pathway toward salaried compensation as caseload and role responsibilities develop. Hybrid Flexibility Full-time clinicians generally maintain 25-32 patient-facing hours per week , with a minimum of approximately 20 patient-facing hours completed in-office . Part-time schedules are available and are structured based on availability, patient demand, and practice needs. Sustainable Caseload Expectations Caseload expectations are intentionally designed to support quality counseling, thoughtful documentation, professional development, and long-term sustainability. Specialty Training & Clinical Development This role is ideal for a dietitian interested in developing deeper expertise in: Gastrointestinal conditions Women's health Metabolic health Hormone-related conditions Behavior change and long-term nutrition counseling Additional specialty education and clinical training are provided. We are looking for clinicians who are excited to continue learning and developing advanced clinical expertise. What Your Week Looks Like Primary role: 1:1 outpatient
Medical Nutrition Therapy Setting:
Hybrid in-office and telehealth care Full-time caseload: Approximately 25-32 patient-facing hours per week In-office expectation: Approximately 20 patient-facing hours per week for full-time clinicians Part-time opportunities: Available with expectations adjusted based on scheduled hours
Locations:
Cheshire and/or East Hartford, Connecticut Core Responsibilities Individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy Behavior Change Counseling Clinical Documentation Collaborative Patient Care Patient Communication Clinical Collaboration (weekly team and 1:1 meetings) Training is provided. Minimum Qualifications Required Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Ability to obtain and maintain the applicable Connecticut dietitian credential/licensure required for practice Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care Interest in gastrointestinal nutrition and/or women's health Willingness to participate in ongoing clinical education and specialty development Preferred 2+ years of outpatient nutrition counseling experience Experience with gastrointestinal conditions and/or women's health Training in Motivational Interviewing Familiarity with the Stages of Change model or other behavior-change frameworks Experience providing longitudinal outpatient nutrition counseling Experienced dietitians as well as strong earlier-career candidates with relevant clinical interests are encouraged to apply.
