A 100% physician-owned facility doing 15,500 endoscopic procedures per year. Six procedure rooms. AAAHC certified. Facility is used by a single eight physician gastroenterology practice. Current Nurse Administrator/ Director of Nursing is retiring but will be available to ensure a successful transition. Essential Responsibilities Supervision of clinical and administrative operations Maintenance of AAAHC/Medicare certification Quality metrics and reporting Human Resources Infection control Ordering and contracting Facility management Qualifications RN license in the State of Arizona. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Experience as an endoscopy nurse is plus. Previous leadership/management experience. Good verbal and written communication skills
