$130,000 - $160,000 (based on experience) Lead and oversee all nursing operations in a 100+ bed skilled nursing facility Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing nursing team. Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations. Drive quality initiatives, patient safety, and best - practice clinical standards. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Partner with community leadership to support staffing, operations, and culture. Requirements:

Active RN license in Connecticut or reciprocal state 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, or similar) DON experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC required.
