Job Description

The Groves Center, a skilled nursing facility, is hiring for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join the team! The Assistant Director of Nursing- (ADON) is responsible for assisting with developing, organizing, evaluating and administering of the patient care programs and services of the Center. The Assistant Director of Nursing has twenty-four (24) hour responsibility for the overall delivery of nursing services and ensures the implementation of all clinical policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment preferred. Must have 1 year experience as a Unit Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing The Groves Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer
