• Friday 8:00 am
• 5:00 pm with 1-hour lunch, rotating weekends ```Duties```
• Supervise a team of field staff, patients and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
• Build schedules for employees
• Make route phone calls on a weekly basics
• Perform new client assessments
• Provide training to all new staff / Hand off caregiver to new client on first day
• Perform / intake assessments with new clients
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to field staff
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of field staff and provide feedback for improvement
• Fill in when needed in the field at any given time between hours (8:00 am
• 5:00 pm)
• Collaborate with the office staff to ensure seamless coordination of services
• Conduct regular meetings with office and field staff to address any concerns or issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to field operations ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in nursing home and hospital or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health and memory care practices is a plus
• Experience working with elderly and dementia/Alzheimer's patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
