Guaranteed Hours:

40 per week We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing services at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Bangor, Maine.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and patient care Manage nursing staff, schedules, training, and performance Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Develop and implement nursing policies and standards of care Monitor infection control, medication administration, and clinical documentation Lead quality-improvement and corrective-action initiatives Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy staff, and department leaders Participate in the nursing department's on-call schedule

Requirements:

Active, unencumbered Maine RN license

BLS/BCLS

certification Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience Nursing management or leadership experience Long-term care experience preferred BSN preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility

Additional Details:
