Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided. Accurately chart in resident's EMR that reflects care administered. Wears proper PPE when necessary. Administer treatment and medications timely; orders and performs diagnostic tests timely. Assumes nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays as scheduled. Effectively communicate to outgoing RN during shift change. Investigative resident/family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring it to resolution. Complies with state and Federal Regulations in all matters; participate in facility surveys as scheduled. Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team; carries out Physician's orders. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time.
Requirements:
