We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Director of Nursing in leading and managing daily nursing operations in a long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with all regulations and standards.

Responsibilities :

Assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing department operations Serve as Staff Educator, ensuring all in-service and documentation requirements are met Lead staff development, orientation, and training programs Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Support Compliance Committee activities and regulatory readiness Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care Act as Director of Nursing in their absence

Qualifications :

Active RN license in the State of New Jersey Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or hospital setting BSN preferred IV certification preferred
