We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team of professionals We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The ADON will assist in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and promoting quality resident care in a skilled nursing facility setting. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Specializing in facility Education -Coordinate facility-wide orientation, education, and mandatory in-service programs.
• Participate in QAPI, survey readiness, and quality improvement activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes. Qualifications
• Current New York State RN License.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, Staff Development, or Infection Prevention experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS, NYSDOH, CDC, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical skills. We Offer
