Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs Coordinate and supervise the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and individualized care Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and participate in the development of professional growth plans for nursing staff Foster relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure coordination of patient care Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff

Requirements:

1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on nursing leadership Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania Knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
