Role:

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing the nursing department , including staffing, scheduling, and professional development of our nursing staff Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to address resident needs Fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and compassion, while promoting a positive and respectful work environment Building strong relationships with residents, families, and physicians to ensure excellent customer service Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, including quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a nursing management or leadership role within Skilled Nursing Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
