We have both temporary and full time positions to join our team in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland areas. Summary The position provides nursing management, set resident care standards for all direct care providers and provides complete supervision and management for the nursing department. Qualifications Three - five years of professional nursing experience. A minimum of three years of supervisory/DON experience preferred. Demonstrated competency in leadership, management, effective communication skills, and problem solving skills. Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care regulations.
