Role:

As our DON , you'll oversee the clinical operations of Non-Profit Life Plan Community/CCRC that offers a continuum of care that includes residential living, personal care, memory care, transitional care, skilled nursing, at-home services, and end-of-life/comfort care. As the Director of Nursing you will play a key role as a true people leader and educator. This is an ideal position for a seasoned DON who genuinely enjoys teaching, mentoring, and developing a younger nurse leadership team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced admissions environment and will provide calm, steady and systematic leadership even while under pressure and someone who remains visible and approachable with staff, residents and families. Long Term Care/CCRC Details:

Full-Time, Perm 40 hrs./week For an experienced DON, that means exposure to a broader senior-care continuum and an environment where nursing leadership is part of a larger resident-centered campus rather than an isolated SNF. Strong executive partnership with access to plenty of resources required to be successful.

Qualifications:

5+ years of nursing leadership in SNF or LTC settings, with recent experience in a DON or ADON role Must have strong knowledge of CMS/DOH survey processes and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking and mentoring skills Ability to build staff morale and foster a supportive team environment Hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-admission settings

Preferred Skills:

Infection Prevention certification or experience (certification within six months if not already certified) PCC (Post-Acute Care Certification) experience Previous leadership in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization RN, Director of Nursing (DON)

Long Term Care/CCRC Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field RN License in State of PA Proven success in survey performance and staff development Ability to develop strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners

Salary and Compensation:

$110,000

• $140,000 + depending on experience + Bonus Potential Excellent Benefits package without a high-deductible structure.
