Henderson Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable ADON to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you! Assistant Director of Nursing Position Summary As the ADON at Henderson Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.
Responsibilities include:
Communicate policy and procedures to clinical staff, monitor staff and practices. Participate in management team meetings related to census, resident care plans, complaints, and concerns as well as QAPI and facility assessments. Evaluate work performance of all nursing personnel and discipline according to operational policies. Ensure resident incidents and concerns that rise to a reportable event are reported to the correct entity within the state regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications. Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee Minimum of 3 years' experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home or other related healthcare facility Current CPR certification Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices as well as long-term care regulations Full-Time Employee Benefits and Incentives DailyPay
