- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Manage the budget for the nursing department and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nursing practices
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Utah
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
