Duties:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage the budget for the nursing department and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in nursing practices
Requirements:
  • Valid nursing license in the state of Utah
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and foster a positive work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
