Registered Nurse (RN) -
Community Care Oversight Location:
Tradition Assisted Living is seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated community nursing team. This role is perfect for an RN who combines strong clinical expertise with excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for caring for seniors. In this position, you will oversee resident care processes, support and supervise personal care staff, and work closely with our leadership team to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care. Company car provided for full-time nurses Competitive pay + monthly bonus payout Generous compensation package Fun, supportive, and rewarding work environment Be part of one of the fastest-growing home health providers in the valley Key Responsibilities Complete assessments and service plans for residents prior to and upon move-in Monitor residents' health status and perform ongoing evaluations Lead care conferences with residents and families Ensure all healthcare provider orders are carried out and documented Train, supervise, and mentor care team members Maintain accurate, thorough records to ensure regulatory compliance Collaborate with community directors to address resident needs Connect residents with resources that improve their quality of life What We're Looking For C urrent Utah RN license (Required) Experience in healthcare management and supervision in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Residential Care settings Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements and clinical compliance Skilled in risk management and clear, effective communication (verbal & written) Proficient with Microsoft Office Assessment and service plan development experience required Must pass background check and TB test
