Regional Discipline Director — Pediatric Speech Language Pathology $95,000+ (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses | Southern Michigan Seeking the next stage of your SLP career? Join a growing pediatric outpatient company seeking their next SLP in leadership. Oversee SLP staff performance, lead & mentor the next wave of clinicians, and keep your feet wet with minor caseload duties. Benefits & perks galore - what are you waiting for? A Note on Location & Travel This role supports clinics across Portage, East Lansing, and the Detroit suburbs, so you'll be on the road connecting with teams at each site roughly every other week (with some weeks requiring more or less, depending on regional needs). You don't need to live in any one of these cities! We welcome candidates from anywhere in the region who are comfortable with this rotating, multi-site travel rhythm as part of a dynamic leadership role. What You'll Own Full discipline performance: staffing, compliance, billing, and budget Mentorship of Clinic Directors, Managers, and Leads Program development and regional growth strategy Supervision of graduate students, clinical fellows, and new hires Regular travel across the Portage, East Lansing, and Detroit-suburb clinics (bi-weekly minimum) to stay connected with every team What You Bring Master's or Doctorate in speech-language pathology Active MI SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) 10+ years clinical experience (pediatrics preferred) 3+ years supervisory experience 3+ years program development Strong business acumen and a team-first leadership style Comfort with regular multi-site travel across Southern Michigan (bi-weekly minimum) Passion for mentorship & clinical education The Payoff $95K+ base, DOE Quarterly bonus opportunities Minimal direct hours monthly 3 Weeks PTO 11 Paid Holidays Robust Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits 401K Unlimited CEUs TISLP Subscription A real leadership seat in a company on the rise Ready to lead where it counts?
