Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans on ECG techniques, cardiac anatomy, and patient monitoring tailored for adult learners. Utilize educational technology tools to enhance online instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Incorporate adult learning principles to ensure content is accessible, relevant, and effective for diverse student backgrounds. Manage classroom environments or virtual settings to promote active participation, discipline, and a positive learning atmosphere. Assess student progress through evaluations, practical assessments, and feedback sessions; adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Ensure curriculum compliance with healthcare education standards and regulatory requirements governing ECG technician training programs. Integrate computers and other educational technologies seamlessly into lessons to improve comprehension and technical skills development. Experience Proven experience in performing electrocardiograms (ECGs) within clinical or hospital settings. Prior classroom teaching or training experience, preferably in healthcare or adult education environments. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for technical subjects. Strong understanding of educational technology integration for online instruction and remote training delivery. Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering inclusive learning environments. Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations related to ECG procedures and technician certification standards. Pay:
