Certification or training as an Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) or equivalent experience in the field Strong foundation in electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implants (such as pacemakers and ICDs) Proficiency in operating imaging equipment specific to EP laboratory environments Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy, arrhythmias, and related medical terminology Effective communication and critical thinking skills for interpreting physician instructions and documenting procedural steps Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and technologists in a fast-paced setting BLS or ACLS certification (as required by standard practice)
