Qualifications and Experience:

Current certification as an EP Tech (Electrophysiology Technician) Demonstrated experience in a hospital or cardiac catheterization lab environment Proficiency in imaging equipment relevant to cardiac EP studies Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and electrophysiology procedures Familiarity with sterile technique and infection control standards Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiac team Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians with complex electrophysiology procedures, including device implants, ablations, and diagnostic studies Operate and maintain specialized imaging and mapping equipment used in EP labs Monitor and record patient vitals and cardiac rhythms during procedures Ensure optimal patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all procedures performed Support quality assurance and inventory control within the EP lab
