What You'll Do Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies What You'll Bring At least 2 years of maintenance experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Trade training or certifications preferred Make a Difference Every Day At CHP, your work helps create safe, quality homes for individuals and families across our communities.
