Under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN), the Emergency Room Technician (ERT) is responsible for direct care of the patients within the EC.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent. Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date. Must have at least one of the following: Current WI EMT Certification Current WI Nursing Assistant certification with experience in an acute care setting (minimum 2080 hours worked within last 2 years) Experience as an Emergency Room Technician (minimum 2080 hours worked within last 2 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

Current beside experience preferred. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Clerical experience preferred.
