General Manager Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop a team of professional Exercise Physiologists.
- Create a culture of consistent delivery of world-class workouts.
- Inspire excellence in customer service.
- Lead, manage, and drive accountability.
- Deliver world-class workouts as an Exercise Physiologist.
- Engage in local area marketing efforts to drive client introductions.
- Manage the physical plant - be it plumbing or equipment repair. Here is how we do it:

- Continue to master your craft with a 10-year Growth Plan.
Compensation, Benefits, and Details:
- Expect to earn a minimum of $60k in the first year with bonuses that can push earnings to $70k-$75k. By the third year, expect to earn a minimum of $80k with bonuses that can push earnings to $90k-$95k.
- On your feet, training clients for 15-20 hours per week.
- Comprehensive benefits include free personal training, health insurance stipend, and PTO.
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or a related field is required.
- Sales and marketing experience preferred.
