Job Description

Overview This hybrid role combines rehab exercise instruction with clinical support .
You will:
Coach corrective and strength-based rehab exercises Reinforce treatment plans created by providers Monitor movement quality and patient progress Support return-to-sport and return-to-running programs Assist with patient flow and clinic operations Help maintain a clean, organized, efficient clinical space Support modalities such as laser therapy (training provided) The focus here is coaching and teaching movement, not just counting reps.
Qualifications Required:
Background in personal training, strength coaching, kinesiology, or exercise science Experience coaching movement (1+ years preferred) Strong communication skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable working with people of all ages, identities, and activity levels
Preferred:
CSCS, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent certification Corrective exercise experience Rehab or clinical setting experience Interest in sports performance or return-to-sport progression Why this role is different from individual personal training in a gym: Consistent hourly pay (W-2 position) Stable but flexible schedule Clinical collaboration with and support from providers Growth opportunities Education-focused environment Inclusive and affirming workplace
Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
