Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapists to work with children in need of behavioral therapy services. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support, helping children develop essential life skills, improve social behaviors, and navigate challenges in a structured environment. This position requires travel between locations, making reliability and flexibility essential.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans designed to support children's behavioral, social, and emotional development Provide direct one-on-one therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in therapeutic approaches Track and document progress, reporting observations and outcomes to supervisors Encourage positive behaviors and provide interventions as needed Maintain professional and ethical conduct while working with clients and their families

Requirements:

Valid CA driver's license and proof of auto insurance (required) Must pass E-Verify & background check Reliable transportation to commute between Riverside , Fontana , Ontario , and San Bernardino Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in behavioral therapy, ABA therapy, child development, or related fields is a plus!
