We are seeking an energetic and fun ABA Behavioral Therapist to take on cases in our new service area around Camarillo and in to Ventura County. This position requires obtaining your RBT Certification within 90 days of hire. You will be reimbursed for the application and testing fees along with earning a raise. Job Description Teach critical skills to students on a one-on-one basis using behavior analysis (training provided) Provide support during social interactions between peers Teach a variety of skills, depending on the needs of our clients.

For example:

letter ID, shape ID, matching, personal information questions, body language, sarcasm, social skills, etc. Collect and graph data Communicate clearly with parents using both written and verbal formats Learn to manage challenging behavior

Minimum Qualifications:

Spanish speaking is a plus but not required 1 yr Volunteer or work experience with children on the Autism Spectrum Detail oriented Openess to feedback Dependable/reliable/professional Must enjoy and care about our clients Must be comfortable with challenging/aggressive behaviors High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass criminal background check CPR/First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain Reliable transportation required as sessions are conducted in-home, school or public location for socialization
