Job Description

All Together ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists for both full time, daytime hours in our Danbury based Center! You will have the opportunity to work with exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts committed to your professional development and growth within the field of applied behavior analysis. The ideal candidate will be engaging, professional, and ready to have fun with our clientele! All Together ABA provides supervision for trainees pursuing board certification. If you are interested in learning as well as both professional and personal growth, it's time to join the team!
Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement Collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), parents, and other team members Create a fun and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or a related field Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred) •RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Certification Required For Center Positions•Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others Why Join Us? Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
