Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Family Therapist/Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to families, children, and individuals in need of support. This role involves working closely with clients to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues within a family context.
Minimum Qualification Requirements :
Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work; and Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC) in the State of Florida (must be fully licensed or provisionally licensed as a Registered Intern). Available to hold at least 10 client sessions per week Must be able to pass a level II FDLE criminal background check. Random drug screens will be conducted. Must be able to maintain clean drug screens. Obtain and maintain liability insurance with a minimum of $3,000,000 coverage. 3
In One Health, LLC Other Qualifications/Preferences:
Prior experience in a private practice setting. At least two years' experience post-unrestricted licensure. Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, couples, trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, grief, etc.)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients of 3 In One Health LLC, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. 2. Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival (15 min prior to session) to work is required. 3. Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for 3 In One Health, LLC. 4. Respond to clients' requests for service or calls within 24-48 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. Respond to such requests by calling, meeting, evaluating, and/or providing services to such clients. 5. Communicate with a clients' treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, caseworker, etc.) as necessary. 6. Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, quarterly summaries, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by 3 In One Health, LLC or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the client within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep client files accurate, confidential, and up to date. 7. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by 3 In One Health, LLC. 8. Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of 3 In One Health, LLC. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers. 9. Be available a minimum of 2 days and/or evenings per week in one of 3 In One Health, LLC's office locations, to help provide on-site supervision as needed. 10. Be available to accept Pro-Bono clients during open sessions that are not otherwise filled. This is also an ethical service to our community.
