Our approach uses Affinity, Resonance, and Understanding to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and engaging interventions that support growth. You'll have the flexibility to bring your personality, creativity, and clinical interests into your work while providing high-quality care. Preferred Licensure

• LMHC or Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI)
• LCSW or LMSW
• LMFT or Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI)
• Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply Areas of Expertise We Value

• Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy

• Maintain 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports
• Participate in meetings, supervision, consultation, and training
