If you have a niche...great! If not, generalist providers looking to further refine their practice are also encouraged. Allies in Wellness is a grass-roots and mostly insurance-based private group practice, with an excellent local reputation. We have a high priority for therapists specializing in gender and sexual minorities, adoptees and foster children, neurodiversity, children under 12 and adolescents. This is independent, flexible W-2 work - you decide how many clients you see and when, we have bi-weekly case consultation, included benefits, and qualified supervision for LCSWs (adding LMHC supervision soon!), plus support is always there when you need it! Requirements:

Registered clinical social work, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapy intern or; Independently licensed in FL Minimum caseload of 10 clients seeing at least 5 per week, a portion of which are Medicaid clients Work in our Rockledge or Melbourne, FL office and through telehealth •please note: we are not hiring for an entirely remote position. Candidates must reside locally. Knowledge of Medicaid compliant documentation a plus (training is available) Eagerness for continued education and development to be informed of evolving best clinical practices.
