• Outpatient Practice Downers Grove, Illinois Life Mindful Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient practice in Downers Grove, IL.

We are looking for a therapist who enjoys building meaningful therapeutic relationships and helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, emotions, and patterns of behavior. Our practice emphasizes a collaborative, client-centered approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Position Overview The therapist will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to children, adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and other mental health challenges. Our therapists provide outpatient therapy to a diverse caseload of individuals, and families. A clinician with knowledge and experience working with families is highly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be licensed with a Master's degree or Doctorate in the field of Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program. Specific experience and interest in working with children, teens, and families is preferred Experience working in a clinical setting, providing direct services Our work environment includes: Modern office setting

Kitchen WiFi Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and counseling services to a variety of patient needs.
• Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of therapy and implement evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
• Stay informed about psychopharmacology and work collaboratively with psychiatrists when necessary.
