Victory Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Mental Health Therapist to join our behavioral health team. We are looking for a clinician who values quality client care, collaboration, professional growth, and being part of a supportive team environment. The Mental Health Therapist will provide behavioral health services to individuals and families while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation, treatment standards, and regulatory requirements. Depending on client needs and the clinician's scope of practice, services may include individual, family, and/or group therapy.

Telehealth/Hybrid:

This position is primarily in-person. Limited telehealth or remote-work flexibility may be available based on client needs, scheduling, and individual circumstances. Regular or recurring remote days may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on client needs and within the clinician's scope of practice. Maintain an appropriate full-time caseload. Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes. Provide services through in-person and/or telehealth appointments as applicable. Develop and maintain treatment goals based on each client's individual needs. Coordinate care with other members of the treatment team and outside providers when clinically appropriate. Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, staff meetings, and required trainings. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation. Follow organizational policies and procedures related to client care, documentation, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Maintain compliance with Kentucky licensing requirements, HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, coworkers, and other providers. Qualifications Must hold an active Kentucky LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent eligible behavioral health license in good standing. Must remain compliant with all applicable licensing and continuing education requirements. Strong communication, organization, time-management, and documentation skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a behavioral health treatment team. Ability to manage a full-time caseload while completing required documentation within established deadlines. Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and quality behavioral health care.
