As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD and related conditions in their natural environments, including homes and communities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family members, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive support Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions and track progress Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques to promote behavior change and skill acquisition Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services, including progress notes, session reports, and data tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field (or Master's degree in progress) 0 years of experience in ABA therapy (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, including behavior analysis, skill acquisition, and treatment planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities PER_DIEM schedule, with potential for full-time or part-time opportunities
