Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled therapists to join our holistic trauma team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic modalities, expressive arts, yoga, sound healing, nutrition, and any other holistic skill that supports healing trauma at the root . This role requires the ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling services in both individual and group settings. Real Eyes Truth Inc. has an emphasis on healing intergenerational trauma, and promotes working with families. The Therapist will work with diverse populations, including children and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth. The therapist will be provided direct supervision to cultivate holistic trauma skills by Raja Sinjab, LMHC, AT-R, PhD and/or Shawna Jones, LICSW Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling services, including child family counseling, grief counseling, and Christian counseling. Facilitate inpatient therapy sessions and manage cases effectively within a clinical setting. Utilize dance therapy techniques as part of holistic treatment approaches when appropriate. Deliver telehealth services to clients, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using DSM-5 coding for diagnosis and treatment records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Stay informed about the latest developments in behavioral health practices and integrate them into therapy sessions. Utilize strategies with different modalities to heal subconscious trauma Experience A Master's degree in psychology, social work, expressive arts, substance use, or a related field is required; licensure as a therapist is not required Experience in patient assessment and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Familiarity with child family counseling techniques and experience working with children is highly desirable. Knowledge of grief counseling methodologies and the ability to support clients through loss. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions. Understanding of behavioral health principles, including the use of F code for documentation purposes. Previous experience in inpatient settings with different populations is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with substance use is a plus but not mandatory
