Job Description
Role:
Therapist providing community-based and office-based behavioral health services.Responsibilities:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy in various settings such as homes, schools, and communities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with community partners and agencies. Maintain thorough clinical documentation and participate in supervision and ongoing training.Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in behavioral health services, preferably with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Strong clinical, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Commitment to client-centered care, professional growth, and a compassionate approach.Benefits
