DBT IOP Therapist (Virtual) This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about evidence-based, skills-focused treatment and enjoy working within a comprehensive DBT model to support adults. In this role, you will facilitate DBT groups for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). You will also provide weekly individual DBT therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role is meant to be an all-encompassing role including intensive group, outpatient individual and consultations. Must be EMDR trained and located near Raleigh, NC for this position. Consultation Responsibilities Maintain availability to complete three IOP-related consultations per week Participate in additional consultation services as needed Additional Clinical Responsibilities Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent) will maintain a small outpatient caseload of approximately 5-10 sessions per week Clinicians working toward licensure will provide coverage for other IOP groups as needed Provide support for our DBT IOP groups What You Bring Experience facilitating groups and integrating evidence-based modalities into treatment Strong documentation and treatment planning skills Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field Current mental health license or active pursuit of licensure Formal DBT training Benefits Pay range: $52,000 to $85,000 + bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401(k) FSA $500 CE stipend Ongoing clinical, personal, and professional support Company laptop Financial wellness support (Fin Fit)
