Job Description

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Bilingual BT/ABA Therapist to provide after-school ABA services to children with autism in Paterson, NJ. Working Monday-Friday, 4:00-7:00 PM, you will deliver one-on-one, child-centered behavioral therapy, implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and support functional communication, social, and daily living skills. You will collect session data, document progress, collaborate closely with supervisors and families, and participate in ongoing training in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by a BCBACollect accurate session data and document progress in electronic systems Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians regarding client goals and behavior changes Support parents and caregivers in reinforcing strategies and skill-building at home Maintain client safety, professionalism, and confidentiality during all sessions Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings Follow ethical and clinical standards for ABA service delivery Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior intervention planning Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Data collection and documentation Behavior assessment support Parent/caregiver training support Bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred) Implementing treatment goals Collaboration with BCBA/clinical supervisors Basic child safety and crisis prevention
