Seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy in office, home, and community settings. Key responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, offering crisis support, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications:
