Seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist/Mental Health Counselor to provide individual and family therapy addressing issues like anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions following treatment plans. Complete mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans collaboratively with clients. Document progress notes accurately within 24 hours for billing. Participate in peer review, supervision, and quality improvement activities.
