Part-time position of up to 30 hours per week
Pay:
This fee-for-service position offers hourly rates of $18.38-$50.50, depending on whether hours are direct or non-direct. Role:
We are seeking an Outpatient Licensed Therapist to provide mental health services to individuals and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality in a behavioral health setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while delivering client care. What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team. Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines. Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate. Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities. Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor Attend required psychiatric supervision twice a month
What We're Looking For:
Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an
LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to meet client needs. Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire:
PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate Perks You'll Love:
