Job Description

Job Summary The Clinician is primarily responsible for oversight and coordination of clinical services offered to assigned clients, including the provision of individual, group and family therapy. Job Duties Within assigned caseload, provide clinical services and individual, group and family therapy using appropriate approaches, techniques and interventions Participate in treatment planning, discharge and aftercare planning Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers and provide psycho education as necessary to appropriate customers Co-manage the therapeutic environment by working with treatment team members to ensure the coordinated treatment and care of clients; Recommend program and treatment strategies and consult on client issues Maintain awareness of the KidsPeace continuum of services and actively promote the internal transfer and referral of children and families whenever clinically indicated by attending bi-annual training on the continuum and communicating with associates between levels of care and actively seeking opportunities to share information about the continuum with consumers as evidenced by written documentation in the client record Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or related field required. License eligible required Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license required
