Essential Functions Supervises and develops Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs in accordance with Company policies and procedures, BACB guidelines, and state laws and regulations. Supervises technicians/ABA therapists implementing behavior treatment programs. Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and develops Positive Behavior Support plans compliant with guidance from the contracting agency. Provides leadership and guidance in the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans with fidelity. Trains teachers and classroom staff on implementing individual and classroom-wide strategies and interventions. Supports parent training as a part of the team to facilitate the use of appropriate and supportive ABA strategies within home and community settings.
Qualifications:
1. A master's degree in a related field is required (applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, family counseling, social work) specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, AND 2. Must be certified as a BCBA through the BACB OR licensed behavior specialist with the PA State Board of Medicine, AND 3. Minimum of 2 years of ABA or behavioral field experience with at least 1-year experience as a Behavior Analyst or Specialist, AND 4. All Company required staff file requirements (valid PA Driver's license), including all required clearances, AND Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Able to think strategically and work under pressure #AUSTILLS
