Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your daily responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health challenges. Developing tailored treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and progress. Providing one-on-one therapy using a variety of evidence-based techniques to promote healing. Facilitating both virtual and in-office sessions to accommodate client needs and accessibility constraints. Documenting client interactions and treatment plans meticulously to maintain ethical standards and support clinical best practices. Qualifications The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: Hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Possess a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. Demonstrate empathy, kindness, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' diverse experiences and struggles. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable: Providing therapy in various settings, including community health clinics. Compensation and Benefits Pendulum Counseling and Wellness Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
