Programs For People, Inc. Group Therapist/Mental Health Clinician Programs For People, Inc. is a small nonprofit agency which provides Psychiatric Day Treatment and Employment Services for low-income adults with serious mental health challenges in the MetroWest region. Programs For People, Inc. was founded to help those recovering to engage more successfully in all aspects of life. Our citizen Board of Directors, multidisciplinary professional staff and volunteers are dedicated to dispelling stigma about mental health conditions and believe that everyone can lead a meaningful and fulfilling life and make a contribution to their community. Our services are comprehensively designed to help clients develop coping strategies, build healthy relationships, manage activities of daily living, and obtain and maintain employment. Programs For People, Inc. is committed to providing services of the highest quality, at the lowest possible cost, to those in greatest need. We are seeking a Group Therapist/ Mental Health Clinician to become part of our multidisciplinary team. Our ideal candidate would possess the following attributes: Experience working with clients who have complex and serious mental health challenges; Prefer licensed/licensed eligible in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC); Social Work (LICSW); Expressive Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Rehabilitation Counselling (CRC.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well with a small clinical team. Enthusiasm, motivation and passion for the recovery, rehabilitation and wellness of our client population.
