The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist is required to have provisional or full licensure (LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A) in the state of North Carolina

• The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist position also requires experience working with children and adolescents with a mental health diagnosis. The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist position duties include providing oversight and administrative/clinical supervision to the other Intensive In-Home team members, performing initial interviews, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, and assisting with developing person-centered plans (PCP). Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist will monitor the progress and effectiveness of the strategies and interventions outlined in the PCP and provide therapeutic interventions for the individual and/or family within the Durham and Wake County areas. Approximately 65% of the caseload is in Durham County. There is a 60/40 face to face requirement per Intensive In Home Team. The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist will provide intensive case management and crisis management, assist with formulating and coordinating discharge and after-care planning. The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist will attend all required clinical meetings and provide individual and group supervisions as needed. The Intensive In-Home Lead/Therapist will assume on-call responsibilities and completes all other related tasks assigned by the Intensive In Home Director.
