Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day tasks will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments of individual clients as well as couples and families, establishing clinical needs and therapeutic goals. Providing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the diverse issues presented by clients, including family conflicts, stress management, and grief. Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, addressing issues such as communication difficulties and conflicts, while also offering individual therapy as needed. Implementing therapeutic interventions to better manage a range of challenges mental health, facilitating healthy coping strategies for clients dealing with alcohol abuse, divorce, and blended families. Participating in case consultations with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
