Work Environment Operating in a fully remote and telehealth-based format, our work culture emphasizes flexibility and teamwork, allowing you to connect with clients through secure digital platforms. Our team is equipped with the latest technologies and resources to streamline communication and deliver high-quality care. You will enjoy a work schedule from Monday through Friday, typically between 9 AM and 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs, accommodating both your schedule and that of your clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique challenges facing each client, utilizing solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans. Employ various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit each client's specific needs. Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, thereby safeguarding client privacy and healthcare standards. Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, fostering a comprehensive approach to care. Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance treatment outcomes. Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues, guiding them toward available resources and support. Stay informed on the latest research and clinical practices in the field to enrich the therapeutic services provided. Patient Population / Client Focus As a member of our team, you will work primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues. These may include but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. Our aim is to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and to provide culturally sensitive care that respects and addresses each person's unique circumstances. Qualifications A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) in the state of New York. A strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to tailor treatment according to individual client needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement and collaboration within the treatment team. Demonstrated abilities in problem-solving and critical thinking, allowing you to navigate complex client scenarios. An eagerness to contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment that emphasizes professional growth and mutual support. Preferred Experience Experience in a similar role with a focus on telehealth services is preferred, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and effective communication tools for remote therapy. Previous experience working with diverse populations and a proven record of successful patient outcomes will greatly enhance your application. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from
USD 115,000
