Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique concerns. Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to each client using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Establish specific therapeutic goals and closely monitor client progress to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Offer teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients facing challenges attending in-person appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation as per ethical and HIPAA standards to uphold the integrity of our practice. Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills, knowledge, and methodologies. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges related to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and the commitment to culturally competent care is paramount in creating effective therapeutic relationships. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their mental wellness journey. Qualifications A current and valid license in the state of Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach. Ability to effectively organize and manage time to balance client load and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities and demonstrated effectiveness in individual therapy. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of

USD 90,000
